Mr. James D. (Jim) Care of Peachtree City passed away December 17, 2007.
 
He was a veteran of Viet Nam having served in the United States Marines.
 
He was also a charter member of the Southern Nights Chorale a cappella singing group.
 
Mr. Care was a pilot for Eastern Airlines for 26 years and he retired from Delta Airlines as a Flight Dispatcher with 14 years of service. Most recently Mr. Care had worked with Talbot State Bank in Peachtree City.
 
He is survived by his wife of 40 years Denise M. (Denny) Care of Peachtree City; children, Cathy Vivanco of Cumming, GA, Maggie Bennett of Gainesville, GA, Carolyn Taraboletti of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, Danny Care of Smyrna, GA; grandchildren, Alex, Abbey, Mac, Harper, Adrian, James, Joe, Anna, Oliver; sister, Susan Hollis of Cherokee Village, AR; nieces and nephews.
